Tell me your favorite greasy diner spots. My old favorite (Macies on Clinton across from McDonalds in Kaisertown) has been gone for a long time. I’ve been forever chasing that feel and experience.
I’m a simple man. Give me pancakes, bacon, and home fries. Bonus points if it hasn’t been updated since the 1970’s.

Re: Diner recommendations
not sure if they all classify as diners, but if you're looking for great breakfast spots:
Polked Yolk (absolutely the best breakfast spot in the area. there are 3 locations, i believe. the OG in West Seneca...maybe Elma, South Buffalo, and East Aurora)
Campfire Grill (i think the Williamsville one closed, but the Cheektowaga one is still open)
Uncle Joe's Diner on Southwestern has great home fries and my breakfast partner got a peach cobler for breakfast one time
Mardie's in Clarence (they have a massive cinammon roll, it's great)
not sure if Fast Teddy's is open still in the city of Tonawanda. but, that was my jam for the time that i lived there.
100% not a diner, but the brunch buffet at the downtown Casino was great and had an omelette station and mini bottles of Tabasco that i still have a few in my cupboard.
